PaintisPassion is an online art store offering original artwork, fine art prints, and selected made-to-order products.

Artwork and Product Information

Each artwork is presented with information about its size, materials, and available options. Colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor or device.

Original artworks are unique pieces. Once an original artwork has been sold, it may no longer be available.

Made-to-Order Products

Some prints, canvases, frames, and other products are produced specifically for your order. Production begins after the applicable cancellation period has expired.

Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed on the product page and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your order within 12 hours of placing the order, provided that work on your order has not yet started.

Shipping

Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are shown during checkout where applicable.

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. PaintisPassion cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

Customs and Import Charges

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or other import charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, photographs, images, text, and other content displayed on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing an artwork or print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer. Copyright remains with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.
