Cancellation within 12 hours

You may request cancellation of your order within 12 hours of placing the order, provided that work on your order has not yet started.

To request a cancellation, please contact us within the 12-hour period using our Contact page or by email.

Once we have started preparing or creating your order, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds

If your cancellation request is accepted, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that the time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.

Custom and made-to-order items

Some artworks, prints, frames, or other products may be prepared specifically for your order. For these items, the cancellation period is limited to the first 12 hours, provided that production or preparation has not yet started.
